Bought the elastomer from Steve on eBay - your instructions are GREAT! Unfortunately the new elastomer does not seem to make the phone work at all; I have gone back to the old elastomer and if the screen still comes and goes, I will have to try a whole new screen. But thanks to your superb directions and photos, I at least now feel confident about opening up the phone. THANKS!

Hi Eamonn, Stumbled across your web-site - and loved the description of computers you have used especially "The Gould". Memories of grabbing your timeslice when you got it and frantically hammering away on the keyboard came flooding back. -Mal.

Well... nothing is wrong with my phone, the screen is fine... and I don't use Ebay... so I'm pretty sure i have nothing else in common with the rest of your guestbook crowd. I am however, the newphew of a Mr John Dolan - he advised me to check out your 'Computers I've Known and Loved' section over a Langkawi... and it was well worth it by the way. All the best...
