Somewhere in the dim and distant past I earned a degree in Computer Applications from DCU. Actually, "earned" is probably a little over-stating it, but I got it all the same !
To keep my hand in, I still do some software development. Sometimes I do it for money (though I've yet to actually receive any), sometimes I do it for fun.
Being a child of the television age, my short span of concentration and diminished IQ sets an upper limit to my potential success in this area. Still, calling myself a programmer give me carte blanche to eat lots of junk food and drink lots of Coke. Don't scoff...look where it got Bill Gates !
